Specialising in investment, trophy acquisitions, and private client disposals, he has advised on over £1bn worth of transactions, delivering strategic, client-focused solutions. In addition to acquisitions and disposals, Tom assists clients with property management, ensuring their assets are expertly maintained and optimised for long-term capital appreciation.

Jonathan brings extensive expertise in the prime central London residential property and investment markets, having advised on and executed transactions across a diverse portfolio of assets valued at over £1 billion.

In 2022, he joined Crown Mayfair as a Director, leveraging his specialist knowledge and vast network of connections in the art and interior design sectors. His deep understanding of the capital’s finest properties, coupled with his strategic insights, allows him to offer invaluable advice to private clients, banks and institutions.

Collaborating with Crown Mayfair’s advisory panel on design direction for both projects and investment acquisitions. Renowned for his discretion and encyclopedic market knowledge, Jonathan has built a reputation for providing unparalleled service to high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, institutions and Private Banks.

Tracy has worked within Crown Mayfair since inception and has serviced Crown Mayfair’s clients as Head of Concierge throughout. Tracy is also Crown Mayfair’s Head of Property Management, acting as the key point of contact for our client’s . Prior to joining Crown Mayfair, Tracy was a Senior Account Executive at Barclays London for over 30 years.

Shadi works closely with Crown Mayfair providing investment opportunities in Swiss and European real estate markets. With over 15 years of experience, Shadi began his banking career in 1998, where he worked for Chase Manhattan Bank, Credit Agricole, Citigroup and JP Morgan. Shadi holds a BA in International Business from Richmond, the American International University in London and a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Commercial Law from University of Kent.
