- An African client had previously paid a high price for an off plan purchase in 2004;
- In 2013, the client wanted to sell the apartment as it was surplus to their requirements;
- The apartment was in poor condition and in order to achieve full financial potential, we introduced interior design teams to dress;
- Negotiated a cost effective refurbishment of the property;
- Further negotiated fees with the most appropriate agents;
- The appointed estate agents valued the property at an extra £1 million after works with minimal expenditure;
- An offer in excess of £10 million was achieved from cash buyer.
