  • Managed sale;
  • An African client had previously paid a high price for an off plan purchase in 2004;
  • In 2013, the client wanted to sell the apartment as it was surplus to their requirements;
  • The apartment was in poor condition and in order to achieve full financial potential, we introduced interior design teams to dress;
  • Negotiated a cost effective refurbishment of the property;
  • Further negotiated fees with the most appropriate agents;
  • The appointed estate agents valued the property at an extra £1 million after works with minimal expenditure;
  • An offer in excess of £10 million was achieved from cash buyer.
