It is through Kate’s passion for property, knowledge of the Capital and her relationships within the industry that she and her team have acquired in excess of £250million worth of real estate in recent years.
Kate’s property career began back in 1997 working for Laings as one of the youngest professionals in the country running development site sales.
From here, Kate moved on to an asset & portfolio management firm based in Mayfair, advising on multi-million pound property portfolios across London and the South East of England.
Through wanting to strengthen her knowledge and build business relations, Kate joined one of London’s leading estate agencies, Hamptons International Knightsbridge in 2005.
As one of the highest fee earners in the company and having built many strong relationships with investors and developers, Kate then moved on to work as a senior buying consultant for a Mayfair based search and acquisition consultancy.
Later deciding to branch out, Crown Mayfair was established in 2008.
The company was created to provide both domestic and international private clients with impartial, bespoke property acquisition services.
Crown Mayfair has grown from strength to strength since and Kate has a genuinely impressive reputation amongst clients and industry leaders for offering uniquely personal, unbiased and professional assistance.
Tom joined Crown Mayfair in late 2018, with over a decade of experience in residential real estate. His career started in 2006, initially at a boutique estate agency in Cambridge. Five years later, Tom relocated to London and joined Foxtons, where he became one of the highest performing negotiators, individually completing 49 deals in his last year. Eager for a new challenge, Tom moved onto Carter Jonas, where he managed the Barnes office. Having been entrusted with high value properties, Tom has had considerable experience in advising private clients on a range of property transactions.
Tom has negotiated and transacted in excess of £100m worth of residential property throughout his career. With a strong foothold in the industry and wide network, Tom has a firm understanding of London’s ever changing property market. Tom has always put his clients best interests first, allowing him to build long standing relationships.
Jonathan trained in design at Central St Martins and started his career in the fine art world at Sotheby’s Auction House and at Marlborough fine art. The fine art world lends itself to the UHNW London property industry and Jonathan transitioned across to residential agency with almost 10 years of residential sales experience behind him, before joining Crown Mayfair as a Director.
Starting his agency career as a Negotiator at Chard (Dexters) in South Kensington, Jonathan then moved to Knight Frank’s Global Head Office in a client services role working directly with the Mayfair Office. He excelled in winning notable clients and business for the office and as a Negotiator advised and managed the sales of a range of properties, from pied-a-terres right through to trophy houses. He then moved on from Mayfair Knight Frank to Carter Jonas Knightsbridge which then led him to his most recent role as the Head of Sales in Hamptons Knightsbridge.
Jonathan’s reputation for discretion, alongside his encyclopedic knowledge of the property market, are the main reasons why he has a global clientele who he has advised for many years. Coupled with his design knowledge and background, he is in a unique position to be able to shed light on aspects of a property that might often go unnoticed.
Tracy worked as a Senior Account Executive for over 30 years for a major international private bank. She is incredibly experienced and understands the needs of an international private client base.
Tracy has worked within Crown Mayfair since inception and grown with the business as Head of Concierge. It is through her extensive network of contacts across the capital that she is able to provide a concierge service of the highest quality. Tracy is also Crown Mayfair’s Head of Property Management, acting as the key point of contact for our client’s property management needs.

With nearly twenty years of experience in diverse roles within the IT sector, Tim has managed hardware installations in the London Stock Exchange, run a major software deployment for a motor franchise, and consulted with smaller business’ on everything from cloud migrations to creating web apps.
Tim has worked with Crown Mayfair as a dedicated IT consultant since inception and over this time he has adapted and updated the IT systems as Crown Mayfair has expanded, whilst striving to keep everything working smoothly day to day.

With over 15 years of experience, Shadi Rashed gained considerable knowledge of the financial industry, Real Estate and Middle Eastern markets. Shadi began his banking career in 1998, where he worked for Chase Manhattan Bank, Credit Agricole, Citigroup and JP Morgan. Shadi holds a BA in International Business from Richmond, the American International University in London and a Master of Laws (LL.M) in International Commercial Law from University of Kent at Canterbury in the UK.
