- A European Investor looking for a property in Prime Central London;
- Crown Mayfair sourced an off market apartment in Knightsbridge at circa £1,900,000 and negotiated a 6% saving;
- The initial building survey presented some issues, which we then pressed the managing agents for immediate remedial works;
- We reduced the offer on the basis of insuring our clients against loss of rental income due to the impending works;
- Three competitive quotes were obtained for the general refurbishment to bring the property a to a good rental standard;
- We introduced our panelled interior designer to furnish the property to high level specifications;
- We appointed the most appropriate agents and negotiated the rental contracts;
- Our client achieved consecutive offers after viewings, agreed on a three year tenancy at 3.5% yield;
- Property remains under our in house property management.
