Simon Childs - Country Consultant

After obtaining a degree in Marketing, Simon spent his early working life in London employed by a major brand consultancy. However the call of his native Dorset and his two passions in life, an interest in property and country pursuits, saw him return to his roots. Simon quickly developed a variety of leading contacts in Dorset and expanded this through the South West of England. He then embarked on organising property renovations for both clients and his family before moving into the wider field of property acquisition on behalf of his clients.

As a search agent he has a profound knowledge of all aspects a client needs to know when purchasing a property, including schooling, travel links and local amenities. This in depth knowledge of the South West property market has resulted in many acquisitions from cottages to country estates.

Outside of work, Simon enjoys skiing, sailing, watching cricket and country pursuits.
